My Journey: A Fight for Justice
My journey began in 2021 in my village, Gram Panchayat Kawas. The Rajasthan government had launched a scheme called "Prashasan Gaon Ke Sang 2021" to issue land deeds (patta). Many people in my village had their land deeds prepared, but when it was our turn, my cousin misled the Gram Vikas Adhikari and prevented our report from being made. As a result, our land deed was not issued.
This incident sparked a fire in me. I fought against the unfairness and corruption in the system. I challenged the local representatives and officials of Gram Panchayat Kawas. Through my perseverance and dedication, I was able to prove their actions wrong and successfully obtain the land deed for my family. This victory was not just about a piece of land; it was a testament to the power of fighting for one's rights.
My Work
Since that day, my life's mission has been to ensure that no one else has to face such injustice. I use RTI as a tool to bring transparency and accountability into the system and help marginalized sections of society. मेरी यात्रा: न्याय के लिए एक संघर्ष
मेरी यह यात्रा **वर्ष 2021** में मेरी ग्राम पंचायत **कवास** से शुरू हुई थी। उस समय, राजस्थान सरकार की एक योजना **"प्रशासन गांवों के संग 2021"** चल रही थी, जिसके तहत जमीन के पट्टे जारी किए जा रहे थे। मेरे गांव में कई लोगों के पट्टे बन गए थे, लेकिन जब हमारे घर की बारी आई तो मेरे चचेरे भाई ने ग्राम विकास अधिकारी को भ्रमित करके हमारी जमीन की रिपोर्ट नहीं बनने दी। नतीजा यह हुआ कि हमारा पट्टा जारी नहीं हुआ।
इस घटना ने मेरे भीतर एक आग जला दी। मैंने इस अन्याय और सिस्टम की खामियों के खिलाफ संघर्ष करने का फैसला किया। मैंने ग्राम पंचायत कवास के अधिकारियों और जनप्रतिनिधियों को गलत साबित किया और आखिरकार अपनी जमीन का पट्टा हासिल करके दिखाया। यह जीत सिर्फ एक कागज के टुकड़े की नहीं थी, बल्कि अपने अधिकारों के लिए लड़ने की शक्ति का प्रमाण थी।
मेरा काम
उस दिन के बाद से, मैंने यह सुनिश्चित करने को अपना जीवन मिशन बना लिया है कि किसी और को ऐसे अन्याय का सामना न करना पड़े। मेरे काम का मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों को यह सिखाना है कि वे सरकारी योजनाओं, नीतियों और अपने मूलभूत अधिकारों की जानकारी कैसे प्राप्त करें। मैं विभिन्न माध्यमों से RTI के सही उपयोग के बारे में बताता हूँ और समाज के कमजोर वर्गों की मदद करता हूँ। मैं इस वेबसाइट के माध्यम से अपनी सोच, अपने अनुभव और समाज से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को आपके साथ साझा करता हूँ। अगर आप भी समाज में बदलाव लाने के लिए कुछ करना चाहते हैं, तो मुझसे जुड़ें।
